Post 10: English Language Challenges

Hello everyone, today I will talk about my, my, ¿what? MY LAST POST!!

Wow, my last post, i don’t really sure about how pass the time, It was incredibly quickly!

And in this post hope explain and commentate about my process in the different courses (in my case, English 2 with the Miss Jaramillo in 2017, English 3 with the Teacher Suarez in 2017 and now in English 4) finally!!

My balance of the courses is positive, I think that learned and increased my vocabulary (which specially helped me for read many papers in English and understand varied things how something songs that I liked or can see a movie in English (obviously a mainstream movie or that I very knows) and understand relatively fine)

I still think that I would increase and improved my pronunciation that really, y does not think that very fluid or consistent. (This is strange if we consider that approximately the 80 percent of my favorite music or the music that I often hear is in English and I always sing my favorites songs… it means that I sing frequently wrong)

Fortunately, I understand that the only method for increase and improver my pronunciation is the practice, hours and hours of many practice.

And, really, I think that I can increase that characteristic of my learning of English.

My biggest problem could be that in my routine daily (exclude the music) in my family or in my circle of persons that I relate we do not frequented speak or learn in English, But I think that I will superpose.

And well, this is my last post!  I hope that liked!!...

Post 8: Summer Vacations

Hello! Today I want to talk about my plans or initial ideas about the holidays!

And is that ... I still do not really know what I'll do in January and February, (I have some show tickets to be made in summer but I really do not think it's a great plan)

The reason for my lack of concern about what I will do or not on vacation could be caused because I have not yet closed this semester of college, and while there is little time left, he is too busy to think about plans.

However, one of the things I do or will do is rest, not worry about many issues that bother, and like all vacations, return activities with old friends.

Within the activities that I already know I will go (because I already have the ticket to attend I'm very close to get it) there are two weichafe shows and probably see phil anselmo in January.

As for work, the truth has not yet defined me, and therefore I could not assure them if I am going to work or not, but honestly I do not close myself to the possibility.

and well, this was a shorter blog than usual, but to be very honest I do not have big plans or ideas yet, (I do not like to plan things with a lot of time because usually these plans fall on the way).

Post 7: My favorite TV show

Hello everyone, today i will talk you about my favorite TV show.

I do not really like television, I have not had television in my room for years, but I remember when I was little saw many shows do for kids, specially dragon ball, dragon ball Z, dragon ball GT, (and now dragon ball super hehehe)  Naruto, the Simpsons,  avatar, and many other series that I do not remember now.

II remember that I liked many of those series, like the music they had, the stories they showed, and the level of animation they had.

All these television programs were and are known worldwide, so it is likely that many have seen them.

I also think I do not have a favorite television show that is not unknown to people.

I also do not have a favorite television show today but now I can say that I watch series on Netflix in TV, I'm not sure if that can be considered as a television show.

The series that I've seen lately and that I liked are for example "better call Saul" , the prequel of breaking bad, and the other series of its director Vince Gilligan.

As you can see, I do not have a particular taste for any kind of series or tv shows.

Post 6: Postgraduate Studies

Hello everyone, today i will talk about the postgraduate studies.

I´m really not sure if I want postgraduate studies, that’s why I will explain my outdated interest (there are some that I like, but don’t really want studies like postgrads).

When I was little I wanted to geology or paleontology, because for many time I will plan studied master in paleontology in the Universidad Austral, (obviously after of my university degree in archaeology), but the plan was decaying for many reasons, fundamentally the time (I don’t really sure about when I need time to ends all, the university degree and the postgrads).

So, this postgraduates I would like master in paleontology, I think like the” paleofauna” and explore

 the roots of some particular species of animals that I like.

This postgrad is already recent, because was created in 2012 or 2013 and I think that have a few graduate of this program.

This program was created for the Dr Karen Moreno (she is part of society of vertebrate of paleontology and the paleontological society).

This program last already 2 years, and is made up of 12 or 13 courses, like macro paleontology, topics of the paleontology, history and geology, and sedimentology.

Post 5: My Future Job

Hello everyone, today i will talk you about my future job.

Since I was a child, I remember be surprised with the videos and documentary about the prehistory, especially the prehistory of the continent, and the origins and the roots of the human.

Also wanted interest in paleontology, particularly in the fossils of prehistoric animals, but I prefer study archaeology but I would investigate about the prehistory of many places, and I would study the connection of the prehistoric human with the extinct animals.

Maybe i was a child wanted investigate another extinct animals, specially related to paleontology, but I think the degree which best suits me or which fulfills my expectations is the archaeology.

Oh, obviously I never work in office; I want job prospect archaeological sites around the country, and haven´t the “routine” of my life, because I want job outside and realize many outdoors activities in this job.

I like the travel of the job; I refer travel to archeological sites, a job on site.

I not really sure about the particular place of my ideal job, but I only want keeping clear the city, the routines and the office.

Hopefully will work in a good job  J

Post 4: Someone I would like to meet

Hello everybody! Today I will talk you about two greats person I would like to meet someday.

Each one of them has the particular and admirable characteristics, for example, in my first case, Gustavo “Chizzo” Napoli, who is an Argentinian singer of the band “La Renga”.

I liked meet to “Chizzo” because he is a great and creative singer who always talk about social causes, and in their song, “La Renga” talk its position in this case.

Her band has a record of the audience of the Argentinian Band in a paid concert, (120.000 assistants in Buenos Aires).

Besides, in the concerts of La Renga, generally, they have many assistant of Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, and obviously, Argentina. (The band, and Chizzo, creates energetic circles with different people like a bonding around the band).

  

This another person, is definitely, Eddie Vedder, this is an American Singer of Pearl Jam, because many characteristic, he is an extremely sensitive person (he know to express the sensitive in the music and the shows), he support and participle in many social causes or foundations like a “vitalogy” (the Foundation supports the efforts of non-profit organizations doing commendable work in the fields of community health, the environment, arts, education and social change).

(I was near to meet to Eddie vedder, because I was closed to meet him twice in the near of Hotel Ritz Carlton (there I could meet to guitar player, Mike McCready)

Post 3: My Favorite Movie

Hello everyone! Today I will talk about my favorite movie; this is “Into the Wild”, this is a movie about the reportage by Jon Krakauer in 90’s, who related to the case of “Chris McCandless”.

This young undergraduate, start an adventure without money or reference and travel to Alaska.

The motivation of this young for travel to Alaska occurs to mind because he was read many books about the freedom truth, the unnecessary of the money and the system.

This young only want freedom and life and depend to wild, this is a beautiful history about the real case of one American Young in 90’s.

Another thing who liked me to the movie is the soundtrack, which was created by Michael Brook for some situation in the movie and the best music by Eddie Vedder.

                                                     

Vedder was affected with the story and create the album “Into the Wild” exclusively to the Movie.

The immensity of this scenery in Alaska, the beautiful story, the amazing and energy soundtrack by 

Eddie Vedder, and the great performance of this actor (Emile Hirsch), contributed to the movie, and as a result “Into the Wild” likes my favorite movie.
